How to use basic function of a camera
- Firstly hold camera with grasp through hand strap, lense on the other end of your person.
- Once comfortable open the icd screen on the left hand side{the flap}.
- Press the top left silver button that says power on top of the camera, this will power on the device.
- When you have the desired shot in mind and are now in the need of the zoom function, use the black toggle button at the top to zoom. Slide right for zoom inwards and left zoom outwards.
- Press the red on the back of the camera to record and stop recording, it performs both functions.
- To view your film press the little black button on the left hand side. that has a play symbol above it. This will bring you to the gallery, click the image to watch it through. Press the same black button again to exit to live feed.
- Now to put the camera on the tripod you must pull the 3 legs apart and make sure the middle bracket is flat so the tripod is stable.
- Next if you want to change the height, pull the little flaps up at the top of the legs; allowing the legs to drop down and extend. Then click the flaps back into place to secure them.
- On the small platform at the top, one side has a little lever. Pull this forward to release the top part and remove it from the tripod.
- Take the camera and put it on the top of the removed square in position so that you can screw it into place. This is done by lifting the small hook on the back and turning it till it is tight and the camera is secure.
- Once your camera is securely in place on the square. You need to re-attach it to the tripod by alining it into place. This may taking a bit of fiddling but when it is in place you should here a click and the lever will be back in place.
- Your camera should now be securely attached and ready to use, turn it on and film away. When done do the exact opposite to take it off. Pull the lever again and unscrew it, then re-attach it to the tripod and shrink back down the legs. This is how to use a tripod and basic skills on a camera.
